Terms of Service — GeraReach

These terms govern your use of GeraReach (reach.gera.services), operated by Gera Systems Ltd ("Gera", "we", "our"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some EU jurisdictions) to create an account, and at least 18 to make purchases or enter agreements. By signing up you confirm you meet the applicable age threshold and have legal capacity in your jurisdiction.

GeraReach is the customer acquisition operating layer for Gera operations and B2B subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or our acceptable-use policy. We may take action including suspension, content removal, and reporting to authorities.

7. Intellectual property

The service, branding, code, and design are owned by Gera Systems Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service per these terms. Open-source components are licensed separately under their respective licences.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the foregoing, Gera's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Gera in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 100.

You agree to indemnify Gera against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance for subscriptions and at least 7 days for non-subscription users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
