Citation rate (does the assistant mention you), position (first, third, etc.), prompt coverage (across how many of your target prompts), and share-of-voice vs competitors. We run the prompts daily on real assistants.
Which AI assistants are tracked?↓
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, You.com — and an expanding list of regional assistants. New assistants are added when they reach material traffic.
How is this different from SEO?↓
Search engines rank web pages by clicks; AI assistants synthesise answers and may cite none, one, or several sources. GeraReach measures the synthesis layer that classical SEO tools miss.
Do you actually run prompts on the live assistants?↓
Yes. Prompts are run via the public-facing UIs of each assistant on a rolling daily schedule. We respect rate limits and never scrape private data.
What recommendations does GeraReach make?↓
Each prompt-rank report ties to specific levers — definitional opening sentences, llms.txt entries, JSON-LD schema, FAQ blocks, citations, MCP server registration, source authority. Recommendations are ranked by expected impact.
How long until I see a change?↓
Definitional content and FAQ updates can show in days. llms.txt and schema take 1–2 weeks to propagate. Authority moves take longer. Each optimisation is tagged with an expected-impact-window in the dashboard.
Does GeraReach work in any language?↓
Yes — we support 30+ languages and run the prompts in the language you specify. Tracking by country/language pair is a paid-tier feature.
Can I track my competitors?↓
Yes — add competitor domains and we measure their citation rate alongside yours on the same prompts.
How is pricing structured?↓
Per-domain and per-prompt-run. The free tier covers a few prompts on one domain. Paid tiers expand prompt budget, languages, competitor tracking, and historical retention.
Do you help with llms.txt and schema?↓
Yes — the dashboard tells you exactly what to add. Optional setup help is available on the agency tier.
Is GeraReach part of Gera Prime?↓
GeraReach has its own pricing because professional users need higher volume. Gera Prime members get a discount and basic prompt allowance.
Where is the data stored?↓
EU region by default. We never share or sell your prompts. You can export and delete at any time.
