- If Outreach Pro does not work for you within the first 14 days, email support and we refund the first month in full — no questions asked. After 14 days, normal monthly cancellation applies.

- What counts as a prospect?
- A unique person added to a sequence in the billing period. Re-engaging the same prospect later does not count again. Hard-bounced or invalid emails are auto-credited back to your monthly allowance.
- Do you provide email accounts and warmup?
- Pro tier includes guided sender warmup using your own SMTP, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 account. We deliberately do not provide throwaway senders — quality outbound requires your real domain to protect long-term deliverability.
